Job summary

Prescient Edge seeks a Senior Targeting Analyst to support a federal government client in Huntsville, AL. This role requires high-level targeting expertise, all-source analysis, and data integration using MIDB and the Joint Targeting Toolkit (JTT).

Citizenship-appropriate clearance (TS/SCI with CI POLY) is required or obtainable. A Master’s degree or equivalent 17-year experience path is preferred, with extensive experience in targeting and military intelligence workflows.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in the specific labor category with recent work within the last 2 years.
• Master's degree or a Bachelor's plus 5 years senior experience as a substitute to a Master's degree.
• Completion of in-resident Joint Targeting course, Geospatial Imagery/Targeting Analyst course, or Air Operation Center Course.

Responsibilities

• Provides recommendations for target prioritization to meet commander objectives for plans and operations.
• Performs, documents, and tracks database nominations; creates/updates the database and uploads targeting materials into MIDB and JTT.
• Develops daily target nomination packets and creates database records and products.
• Produces all-source analytic damage estimates and battle damage assessments.
• Conducts monthly collateral damage estimation, list management, and target strategy development; supports joint target intelligence.

• Security clearance required TS/SCI with a CI POLY or the ability to obtain one. Job Requirements Description:
• Provides recommendations for target prioritization to achieve commander objectives for plans and operations.
• Performs, documents, and tracks database nominations, creates and updates the database, and upload targeting materials (TMs) into databases to include relevant space / counter-space data into the Modernized Integrated Data Base (MIDB) in a format that can interface with targeting processes and tools to include the Joint Targeting Toolkit (JTT) on a weekly basis.
• Develops daily target nomination packets, create database records, and database target intelligence products.
• Produce all-source analytic damage estimates and battle damage assessments and assist with combat assessment requirements.
• Conducts monthly collateral damage estimation, list management, and target strategy development and provide joint target intelligence support to deliberate and dynamic target engagements. Desired Experience :
• 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Desired Education: Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.
• Desired education/training: successful completion of in-resident Joint Targeting course, the Geospatial Imagery / Targeting Analyst course, or the Air Operation Center Course.
