Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance; CI Poly may be required for some positions.
• Experience researching and analyzing data and presenting assessments in government formats.
• Strong research and writing skills; familiarity with basic computer apps, search engines, and data processing.
• Experience with analytical tools and databases including BI2R/I2AR, Palantir, Query Tree, Analyst Notebook, BAT, TIDE, Pulse, QLIX.
• Ability to brief mission and production topics to government, military, and contract audiences.
• Ability to deploy for a minimum of 6 months if required by deployment.
• Promotes tradecraft understanding and supports professional development of team members.
• Senior/Expert analysts contribute to deliverables and can serve as lead as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop target packages and network analysis for joint engagements.
• Research and analyze to exploit key data sources for target strategy development.
• Apply intelligence cycle, F3EAD, and analytical tradecraft to support targeting.
• Provide decision makers with information to prioritize targets for plans and operations.
