Job summary

SixGen, Inc. is seeking a Principal Targeting Analyst in Fort Meade, MD for a hands-on technical leadership role blending analyst work with automation. You will develop targets from cold start, scale collection, and mentor a growing team across OSINT and attribution domains.

You will pair foreign-language proficiency with AI workflows, build tooling in Python/TypeScript, and operate cloud-based infrastructure to support mission-ready collection capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in intelligence analysis, targeting, OSINT collection, SIGINT, computer network exploitation, or related discipline.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Professional working proficiency in at least one mission-relevant foreign language (Mandarin strongly preferred).
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI/LLM systems in operational capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead organic targeting and collection capability for offensive cyber, red-team, and adversary-emulation missions.
• Pair OSINT with AI engineering and development to deliver timely targeting and intelligence.
• Deliver targeting updates and brief senior stakeholders; mentor analysts as capability grows.
