Job summary

SIXGEN is seeking a Principal Targeting Analyst to build and lead a targeted collection capability for offensive cyber, red-team, and adversary-emulation missions. The role blends analyst- engineer duties, OSINT collection, and AI-driven automation to deliver mission-ready intelligence.

You will mentor analysts, architect scalable targeting tools, and collaborate with operators and program teams to mature the capability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 8+ years in intelligence analysis, targeting, OSINT or related discipline.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Proficiency in OSINT tradecraft and managed attribution, including persona development.
• Professional proficiency in at least one mission-relevant foreign language (Mandarin preferred; other languages also of interest).
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI/LLM systems in operational settings.
• Programming skills in Python and at least one of JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or C/C++ with proven tooling experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end target development against threat actors and infrastructure.
• Direct collection across surface, deep, and dark web and other sources.
• Develop and maintain personas and managed-attribution infrastructure.
• Design and deploy AI workflows, MCP servers, and automated collection tooling.
• Mentor analysts and brief stakeholders on targeting updates and intelligence.
