** Virtual role - must be based in the South Central Region **

Our Sr. Talent Supply Chain Consultant is accountable for:

1. Performing consultation calls with hiring managers to assess needs and develop sourcing strategies to ensure the acquisition of the best talent.
2. Proactively identifying service delivery issues and providing appropriate and timely solutions.
3. Acting as a liaison with suppliers to resolve daily operational issues, escalating as appropriate.
4. Working closely with the Operations Director to manage day-to-day activities within the TSCC team.
5. Representing Kelly on local and global projects (e.g., Supplier Summits, Client Facing Projects, Team/Supplier/Hiring Manager Trainings, MRAs, etc.).
6. Ensuring all program SLAs (service level agreements) are met.
7. Having 3-5 years of recruiting, MSP/vendor management, or staffing experience.
8. Possessing a strong understanding of vendor management tools (Fieldglass preferred).
9. Demonstrating the ability to review, shortlist, and schedule interviews for hiring managers.
10. Managing suppliers through excellent communication and customer service skills.
11. Having strong presentation skills, including preparing decks, presenting internally, and identifying trends/data stories to suggest solutions or process improvements.
12. Being technology savvy, with experience in Google Suite, PowerBI, MS Excel, and PowerPoint preferred.

Position is virtual - must be located in the South Central Region. Travel may be required as needed.

Total compensation and benefits are commensurate with the position.
