Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
• Proven ability to build relationships with hiring leaders and stakeholders.
• Expertise in sourcing strategies, market research and candidate engagement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using Workday as an applicant tracking system is a plus.
• Experience recruiting in energy, oil and gas, skilled trades, or operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for operations and skilled-trade positions.
• Partner with HR and hiring leaders to confirm headcount and posting criteria.
• Develop proactive candidate pipelines through sourcing and regional outreach.
• Assist with salary ranges, incentives, and start dates during offers.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Represent ONEOK at regional job fairs and support recruiting activities.
• Coordinate with leaders to maintain interview blocks and candidate follow-up.
