Job summary

ONEOK, Inc. is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for operations and skilled-trade roles across West Texas with travel to Midland.

Based ideally in Midland, Houston or Dallas candidates will be considered, with regular travel to Midland and surrounding Permian Basin. You will partner with HR business partners, build proactive candidate pipelines, and ensure compliance with employment laws while representing ONEOK at regional events.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience managing full recruitment lifecycle.
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring leaders and stakeholders.
• Expertise in sourcing strategies, market research, and candidate engagement.
• Strong communications and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Workday ATS is a plus.
• Experience recruiting in energy/oil & gas, or operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for operations and skilled-trade positions from sourcing to hiring.
• Partner with HRBPs and hiring leaders to confirm headcount needs and develop job postings.
• Develop proactive candidate pipelines through sourcing, evergreen postings, and regional outreach.
• Collaborate with leaders on offers, salary ranges, start dates, and other details.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Represent ONEOK at regional job fairs and support technical-school and university recruiting activities.
• Support internal mobility by connecting employees with opportunities across regions and units.
• Provide weekly recruiting updates and participate in monthly hiring reviews.
