Job summary

160over90 is seeking a Senior Account Executive to manage a global portfolio of athlete and talent partnerships. You will coordinate with internal teams, regional partners, and talent representatives to move multi-market workstreams forward.

You’ll assist in talent identification, negotiations, and contracting, while maintaining onboarding, milestones and approvals. This role emphasizes strategic thinking, world‑class execution, and relationship management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in account management or talent partnerships.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work with senior teams and clients.
• Willingness to travel and work in-office four days per week.
• Experience with multi-market or global partnerships is a plus.
• Judgment, curiosity and initiative are valued.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Talent Lead in managing a global portfolio of athlete and talent partnerships.
• Serve as a key contact across internal teams, partners and stakeholders to keep workstreams moving.
• Assist with talent identification, evaluation and recommendations.
• Support negotiations and contracting with legal stakeholders to move agreements forward.
• Manage partnership details, onboarding, milestones, approvals, assets, invoicing and payments.
• Coordinate appearances and activations from planning to execution.
• Oversee marketing and creative approvals across teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain trackers, calendars and status docs for relationships and assets.
• Develop client-facing presentations and evaluations related to talent strategy.
