• Identify outstanding engineers and build relationships that aren’t tied to a single opening.
• Map the talent landscape and create networks that compound over time.
• Partner with the VP of Engineering to define what exceptional looks like for Plasmidsaurus.
• Develop relationships across a broad network long before roles exist.
• Use automation, AI, and creative research methods to improve hiring outcomes.
