Responsibilities

• Establishes a creative sourcing and recruitment strategy to proactively find and screen quality candidates from traditional and non-traditional sources.
• Manages the candidate experience, collects feedback, and communicates status to candidates and hiring managers.
• Uses the ATS for all candidate and requisition communications, dispositions candidates to ensure data integrity for reporting.
• Schedules interviews, coordinates evaluations, and conducts debriefs; ensures data is captured in the ATS.

What You Will Be Doing

• Establishes a creative sourcing and recruitment strategy to proactively find and screen quality candidates including talent from non-traditional sources
• Manages the candidate experience, solicits feedback, and proactively and regularly communicates status to candidates and hiring managers.
• Uses the applicant tracking system for all candidate and requisition related communication. Dispositions candidates to ensure data integrity for reporting and analytics purposes.
• Refers qualified prospects to hiring teams. Schedules interviews, follows-up on evaluations, schedules and facilitates interview debrief meetings. Ensures data is captured in applicant tracking system.
• Tracks metrics and uses data for strategic analysis of recruiting campaigns and sourcing strategies. Provides ongoing reports and metrics to hiring manager to ensure alignment and communication in recruitment process.
• Develops relationships and meets regularly with hiring managers to understand business needs to develop and recommend effective and strategic recruiting strategies. Serves as a talent advisor and consults hiring managers leaders on effective strategies to achieve talent needs. Identifies future hiring needs.

What We Are Looking For

• 5-8 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience. CRO experience is preferred, but not required
• Experience conducting and coaching on behavioral-based interviewing
• Experience with an applicant tracking system and recruitment candidate relationship management preferred
• Experience using candidate databases such as LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
• Completed High School Diploma or GED

Premier Research is dedicated to providing compensation that is fair and competitive with market standards. The annualized minimum base pay for this role is $80,000 USD. The actual salary will be influenced based on a variety of factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, which may include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
