Job summary

Premier Research is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to join the Talent Acquisition team. You will drive creative sourcing, screen candidates, and manage the end-to-end recruiting process for biotech, medtech, and pharma clients.

Join our team to build strong relationships with hiring managers, deliver data-driven recruiting strategies, and help transform life-changing ideas into new medicines and diagnostics.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience or equivalent education/training.
• CRO experience is preferred, but not required.
• Experience conducting and coaching on behavioral-based interviewing.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system and recruitment candidate relationship management preferred.
• Experience using candidate databases such as LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.
• Completed High School Diploma or GED.

• Manages the candidate experience, solicits feedback, and communicates status to candidates and hiring managers.

What you will be doing:

• Establishes a creative sourcing and recruitment strategy to proactively find and screen quality candidates including talent from non-traditional sources
• Manages the candidate experience, solicits feedback, and proactively and regularly communicates status to candidates and hiring managers
• Uses the applicant tracking system for all candidate and requisition related communication
• Dispositions candidates to ensure data integrity for reporting and analytics purposes
• Refers qualified prospects to hiring teams
• Schedules interviews, follows-up on evaluations, schedules and facilitates interview debrief meetings
• Ensures data is captured in applicant tracking system
• Tracks metrics and uses data for strategic analysis of recruiting campaigns and sourcing strategies
• Provides ongoing reports and metrics to hiring manager to ensure alignment and communication in recruitment process
• Develops relationships and meets regularly with hiring managers to understand business needs to develop and recommend effective and strategic recruiting strategies
• Serves as a talent advisor and consults hiring managers leaders on effective strategies to achieve talent needs
• Identifies future hiring needs

What we are looking for:

• 5-8 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
• CRO experience is preferred, but not required.
• Experience conducting and coaching on behavioral-based interviewing.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system and recruitment candidate relationship management preferred.
• Experience using candidate databases such as LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.
• Completed High School Diploma or GED.

Salary & Benefits:

Premier Research is dedicated to providing compensation that is fair and competitive with market standards. The annualized minimum base pay for this role is $80,000 USD. The actual salary will be influenced based on a variety of factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
