You will manage the HR Generalist team, support talent retention and development, and guide performance processes, org design, and compensation discussions with senior leaders. A strong track record in a fast‑growing startup and proven change/project management skills are essential.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience as a People Partner (HRBP)
5+ years of experience as a people manager, preferably overseeing an HR Generalist team
Demonstrated experience building relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
Demonstrated results in executing inclusive, scalable Talent Strategies in a high-growth environment
Experience contributing to scaling programs for various phases of a growing startup
Strong judgment in assessing employee and business risk
Knowledge of compensation strategies and equity packages
Responsibilities
Manage a team of HR Generalists and act as HR for HR at Zoox
Support strategies for integrating, retaining, and developing talent
Support the performance management process (calibrations, promotions, and PIP)
Support org design/health initiatives in partnership with People Partners
Understand compensation philosophy and structures to evaluate pay trends
Assess talent trends and risks and influence leaders with data
