We are seeking a Senior Talent Management Specialist to join our team in a role that blends collaboration, continuous learning, and shared success. You’ll work closely with our Learning & Development and Talent Management teams to support meaningful employee experiences and long-term career growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting people, systems, and strategy. You will support the design and delivery of programs that foster inclusion, professional development, and a shared sense of purpose across the organization.

Position Location:This position is based in Deerfield, IL, with eligibility for a hybrid schedule. Starting in mid-2025, our team will transition to a new, purpose-built campus in Deerfield. The new space is designed to foster community and connection, with amenities including onsite dining, daycare, fitness, and recreational spaces.
What you will be doing:
Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $70,000 USD - $95,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
