Wealthfront is seeking a Senior Employee Success Manager focused on performance, leadership development, and talent pipelines. You will shape organizational structure, define career pathways for ICs and managers, and build the talent development pipeline for each pathway, ensuring onboarding accelerates performance and a strong early career program.

You will also craft the first-time manager program and coaching pathways.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in talent development, performance management, leadership development, organizational development, or change management.
• Built and shipped talent programs such as leveling, performance reviews, or first-time manager programs.
• Experience in consulting or innovative People teams at high-growth tech companies is a plus.
• Exceptional writing ability across curricula, guides and communications.
• Skilled at facilitating sessions and presenting to groups.
• Academic mindset with research references.
• Interest in fintech and financial services

Responsibilities

• Think through organizational structure, leveling, and career pathways with People Operations leadership.
• Build talent development pipelines for each pathway with content and assessments.
• Grow homegrown talent through early career and apprenticeship pipelines.
• Develop the first-time manager program and ongoing coaching training.
• Define Elite IC pathways and performance benchmarks.
• Bring new hires to full performance faster via onboarding curricula.
• Support performance cycles with goal setting and calibration.
• Build product-area fluency with leadership on technical and business knowledge
