Job summary

Wealthfront is seeking a Senior Employee Success Manager focused on performance, leadership development, and talent pipelines. This role will shape the organizational structure, define tracks for ICs and managers, and build development pipelines for each primary pathway.

You will spearhead the first-time manager program, establish elite IC development, and design onboarding to accelerate new hires to full performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent development, performance management, and leadership development.
• Familiarity with organizational development and change management practices.
• Strong writing ability for curricula, scripts, guides, and communications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on organizational design, leveling, and career pathways for ICs and managers.
• Build talent development pipelines for each pathway with content, assessments, and practices.
• Develop early career and apprenticeship pipelines to grow talent.
• Create first-time manager programs and ongoing manager training to raise standards.
• Define Elite IC profiles and development pathways to help top ICs advance.
• Own onboarding curriculum to bring new hires to full performance quickly.
• Support performance cycles with goal setting, reviews, and calibration.
• Partner with product teams to build domain fluency for each product area.
