Job summary

Springfield Public Schools in Springfield, MA seeks a Senior Administrator of Talent and Diversity Development to lead districtwide strategies for recruiting, developing, and retaining a diverse staff. You will align human resources with instructional goals, collaborate with colleges, and report to the Chief of Human Resources to ensure equity and excellence.

This role emphasizes mentorship, pipeline programs, and compliance with state reporting while guiding budgets and program implementation

Qualifications

• Master’s degree is required.
• Massachusetts Assistant Principal/Principal licensure (or eligibility) required.
• At least 5 years of successful teaching experience.
• Experience with staff recruitment and human resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive talent strategy.
• Lead diversity and inclusion programs to attract and retain staff.
• Oversee recruitment, retention, and professional development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with EPIMS reporting and DESE requirements.
• Partner with district leadership and colleges to recruit educators.
• Maintain and create pipeline and mentorship programs for staff education.
