Match Group is seeking a Sr. Talent & Culture Business Partner to lead learning and leadership development for Evergreen & Emerging brands and Match Group Central. You will design, deliver, and scale programs aligning with Match Group’s talent strategy across corporate and brand teams.

You’ll shape leadership development, career frameworks, and culture-building initiatives, partnering with HRBPs and brand leaders to drive growth and engagement in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Talent Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and leadership development for Evergreen & Emerging brands and central teams.
• Revamp career pathways and job ladders to align with structure and growth.
• Embed values into talent programs and partner with ERG leaders for inclusive experiences.
• Localize enterprise talent programs for brand culture and org structure.
• Measure program impact using feedback and pulse data.
