Job summary

Oracle is seeking a seasoned Recruiter to partner with management across divisions, identifying and qualifying top talent on a national basis. You will drive full lifecycle recruitment, mentor others, and apply advanced sourcing methods to fill open roles with high-caliber candidates.

The role requires 10+ years in recruiting within high-tech or agency environments, BA/BS, and the ability to travel. You will work with Oracle's Talent Advisory team to deliver results and influence hiring

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full life cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting Technology professionals in software development environments.
• Experience recruiting at high volumes; able to partner with sourcing recruiters.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruiting life cycle within Oracle divisions.
• Source, screen, and close high-quality, often passive, candidates.
• Develop and implement recruiting programs and engage diverse populations.
• Collaborate with HR, Compensation, and cross-functional teams.
• Travel as required to meet hiring objectives.
