We are looking for a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts at our Swedesboro Bakery. In this high-impact role, you'll collaborate with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and Bakery Leadership to attract and hire top talent while ensuring compliance with OFCCP regulations for a state of the art Manufacturing facility.


You'll drive sourcing strategies, streamline recruitment processes, and enhance the candidate experience-all while building a diverse and future-ready talent pipeline.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for internal and external roles, including career fairs

  • Advise hiring managers and HRBPs on sourcing, selection, and market trends

  • Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms

  • Build proactive talent pipelines aligned with workforce planning needs

  • Ensure ATS usage and hiring practices meet OFCCP and compliance standards

  • Champion a best-in-class candidate experience


Qualifications:



  • 5+ years in strategic talent acquisition (manufacturing or CPG preferred)

  • Deep knowledge of recruiting tools such as ATS/CRM, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. (SuccessFactors preferred)

  • Experience sourcing and recruiting passive talent

  • Strong understanding of employment laws and OFCCP compliance

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital sourcing platforms

Salary: $85,000-$95,000/annually
