Kemin is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract top talent and partner with hiring teams at our Worldwide Headquarters in Des Moines, IA. You’ll own the full recruiting process, from sourcing to offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong stakeholder partnerships.

This on-site role emphasizes building the employment brand, proactive talent sourcing, and data-driven recruiting while aligning with Kemin’s long-term goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or HR with 5+ years of experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 7+ years of experience.
• High technical aptitude with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting and building strong stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport across multiple business units.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Unit leaders to understand staffing needs and hire plans.
• Implement and improve Talent Acquisition strategies to attract diverse candidates.
• Source passive candidates and present rewarding opportunities at Kemin.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment from resume review to offer.
• Coach hiring managers on interview best practices and scheduling.
• Represent Kemin at career fairs and recruitment events.
• Write clear job descriptions with hiring managers and maintain ATS data.
• Track recruiting metrics and strengthen employer brand.
