Worley is recruiting a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Houston project team. This permanent role requires in-office work at Worley’s Rogerdale Road office five days per week. You will deliver full life cycle recruitment across diverse projects and guide hiring managers through the recruitment process.

The role emphasizes proactive Talent Acquisition, direct sourcing, and strong stakeholder relationships to meet time-to-hire, quality, and cost targets across the US region.

Qualifications

• Proven strategic Talent Acquisition professional with multi-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full Talent Acquisition lifecycle for assigned requisitions.
• Develop and maintain a network to source qualified candidates.
• Manage Hiring Manager relationships and provide TA guidance.
• Actively source passive candidates and present diverse shortlists.
• Promote best-practice Assessment & Selection methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with Worley policies throughout TA lifecycle.
• Deliver TA activities to meet time to offer, time to hire, and cost targets.
• Aim for a best-in-class candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Support deployment of TA projects and adoption of new models.
• Drive adoption of new technology platforms with stakeholders.
• Promote Worley brand via recruitment marketing channels.
