Job summary

Welltower in Frisco, TX is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full life cycle recruitment across the organization. You will partner with hiring managers to design profiles, source top talent, and optimize the recruitment process to fill open roles quickly and cost-effectively.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience, expertise in ATS like UKG, and strong relationship building. Travel to universities and collaboration with Total Rewards for salary insights are part of the remit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting against key metrics (time to fill, cost per hire).
• Experience using applicant tracking systems.
• Experience with modern sourcing/recruiting methods and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Suite.
• Detail-oriented with excellent multi-tasking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle recruitment activities (planning thru onboarding) for assigned departments/roles.
• Source and identify talent through internal and external channels to drive a funnel of top talent.
• Communicate with candidates via phone, Teams, and interviews; represent Welltower as an Employer of Choice.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create candidate profiles, job descriptions, and hiring strategies.
• Manage activity within the UKG applicant tracking system accurately.
• Partner with Total Rewards to conduct salary research and provide recommendations.
• Evaluate interview/assessment processes to ensure quality and improve candidate experience.
• Assist in developing and executing an integrated diversity strategy across the organization.
• Leverage data and metrics to inform priorities and measure progress.
• Oversee third party recruiters and external job boards relationships.
• Coordinate university career fairs and travel to represent Welltower; recruit future hires.
• Oversee intern candidate selection.
