Job summary

Vizient is seeking a seasoned recruiter in Chicago to perform full life-cycle recruitment across multiple disciplines. You will source, attract, recruit, and select candidates against defined criteria, collaborating with hiring managers to meet hiring needs and develop specific strategies.

You will manage a high-volume slate of openings, leverage innovative sourcing channels, and conduct in-depth screenings.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate or staffing environment.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload and multiple priorities.
• Proven track record in developing and utilizing creative sourcing strategies.
• Proficient with behavioral-based interviewing techniques.
• Knowledge of affirmative action requirements preferred.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage the candidate experience for internal and external candidates.
• Develop business knowledge of Vizient and its strategic objectives, industry and current market dynamics.

Summary:

• Conduct in-depth screens to assess potential candidates for level of interest, qualifications and compensation requirements.
• Proactively source passive candidates utilizing tools and AI.
• Understand affirmative action plans and the impact on recruiting process. Effectively coach hiring managers in recruitment and selection processes while ensuring compliance.
• Utilize Workday Recruit (ATS) as the primary resource to identify potential candidates.
• Drive and manage the candidate experience to ensure a positive experience for both internal and external candidates.
• Develop business knowledge of the company and strategic objectives, industry and current market dynamics.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $77,400.00 to $135,400.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
