Qualifications

• 5–8 years of recruitment experience with high-volume hiring.
• Experience using applicant-tracking systems (ATS).
• Workday experience highly preferred.
• General knowledge of current employment laws and practices.
• Ability to build relationships in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop expert-level recruitment strategies to attract talent.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and provide evaluations.
• Prepare and negotiate job offers with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and TA leadership on priorities.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the lifecycle.
• Track metrics and influence sourcing strategies and ROI.
