Job summary

Dematic is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter to join our global talent acquisition team and support recruiting for the Americas. This role partners with HR and business leaders to understand talent needs and develop innovative recruiting strategies.

You will lead the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, leverage data and market insights to guide decisions, and build strong relationships with hiring managers while elevating candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ recruiting experience in a high-paced, technical organization
• Experience leading successful talent acquisition projects
• Ability to self-manage and complete work with little direction
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn)

• Be a strategic partner by collaborating closely with HR and business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop innovative recruiting strategies
• Lead the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience

• Innovate recruitment approaches, using technology and sourcing techniques to locate, engage, and attract top talent
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships across all levels of the organization, becoming a trusted advisor to hiring managers
• Elevate the candidate and hiring manager experiences through an unwavering commitment to standards

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $90,750 - $133,100/yr at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or other related field

• Minimum 5 years’ recruiting experience in a high-paced, technical organization

• Proven strong, technical sales experience

• Prior experience leading successful talent acquisition projects

• Ability to self-manage and complete work with little direction

• Ability to balance multiple projects, coordinate multiple requests, and set priorities accordingly

• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with recruitment tools (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn)
