Springtide, a division of IPS-Integrated Project Services, is seeking a Lead Recruiter in Albany, New York or Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. You will own full-cycle recruitment and serve as a trusted advisor to partnering leaders.

As a senior member, you will mentor others, shape recruiting strategies and processes, and work across divisions to meet workforce needs in a dynamic, evolving environment. Strong relationship building is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 10+ years of full life cycle recruitment.
• 3+ years recruiting in the data center or advanced technology industry.
• Experience using ATS, LI Recruiter, and social networking.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in evolving hiring needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition strategy and drive recruitment initiatives.
• Partner with division leaders to define hiring requirements and strategies.
• Use data and market insights to inform hiring decisions.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using sourcing methods.
• Guide managers from outreach to offer negotiation.
• Contribute to process improvements and support additional projects.
