DFW International Airport is seeking a senior talent acquisition leader to partner with management to build strong talent pipelines and drive full-cycle recruitment across all airport departments. This role requires a consistent on-site presence to coach teams, align cross-functionally, and lead recruitment operations with a focus on diversity and strategic workforce planning.

You will develop sourcing strategies, collaborate with business leaders on workforce forecasting, and monitor recruiting

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in HR management, business administration or related field.
8+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including leadership roles.
3+ years in successful leadership/supervisory roles.
Experience with diversity recruiting and visa sponsorship processes.
