Capital Group in Charlotte seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead recruitment for North American client groups, partnering with hiring managers on strategy and execution. You will guide stakeholders, design search approaches with active and passive sourcing, and ensure a best-in-class candidate and client experience while juggling multiple searches.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, you play a critical role on the North American Client Group (NACG) recruiting team, partnering with hiring managers on the development and implementation of recruitment strategies for a variety of teams, including sales, product, and marketing.

You will provide thought leadership to your stakeholders which includes Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and candidates. You pride yourself on your ability to juggle multiple priorities while also providing a best-in-class candidate and client experience. To thrive in this role, you excel in creating and maintaining strong business relationships and can adapt your communication style to partner effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.

• You have previous recruiting experience supporting front-office, client-facing business groups within financial services and/or investment management industries and possess a deep understanding of sales-oriented compensation structures, market dynamics, and the critical talent needed to achieve business objectives.
• You have demonstrated experience in balancing multiple stakeholders and client groups and delivering a high-touch client and candidate-focused recruitment process.

Charlotte Base Salary Range: $108,048-$172,877New York Base Salary Range: $133,471-$213,554

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
