Job summary

ATI is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the Shared Services Talent Acquisition team. This onsite role at our Corporate HQ in Dallas, TX will primarily support hourly and salary recruitment for manufacturing facilities.

Preferred office is Dallas, with secondary options in Monroe, NC; Cudahy, WI; Pittsburgh, PA. You will manage the candidate experience, brand ATI in the marketplace, source effectively, build talent pools, and drive a fair, efficient interview process while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum three years of full life-cycle corporate recruiting experience for exempt engineering, technical, and high-volume production/manufacturing roles.
• Experience with an ATS such as ADP RM and data-driven recruiting practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hiring strategy discussions with hiring managers to learn business needs and role requirements.
• Define go-to-market sourcing strategies and execute via LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, direct search and social channels.
• Deliver high-quality candidate management through the ATS and assess candidates effectively.
• Partner with hiring teams to create competency-based interview guides and ensure a fair interview process.
• Build talent pools and pipelines, provide regular recruitment updates to stakeholders.
