Job summary

R1 RCM Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Visual Analytics to design and build dashboards and reports that shape how teams see data.

This hands-on, individual-contributor role sits in the Central Customer Content & Analytics group, with leadership backing for modern embedded visual analytics. You’ll design dashboards in Tableau, model data for visualization, write SQL, and collaborate with Enterprise Customer Engagement to ensure accurate, actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Advanced Tableau skills with end-to-end dashboards.
• Strong data modeling instincts for effective visualization.
• Proficiency in SQL to shape and validate data.
• Excellent communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Tableau certifications are a plus; familiarity with GenAI tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and interactive reports primarily in Tableau.
• Translate business questions into clean visual analytics.
• Model and structure data entities for visualization.
• Write SQL to shape and validate data as needed.
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization.
• Test and troubleshoot to keep reporting accurate and reliable.
• Recommend improvements for embedding analytics and advancing visualization.
