Job summary

Ascend Learning, LLC is seeking a senior BI/Analytics professional to design and deliver advanced Tableau dashboards and scalable BI solutions for stakeholders across the organization.

You will work remotely within the United States, collaborating with partners on data-driven insights, data modeling, and performance-optimized reporting, while mentoring teammates and driving high-impact projects to completion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Expert-level Tableau experience to create complex LOD calculations, parameters, and visual designs.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with SSMS.
• Experience with Snowflake and enterprise data warehouse environments.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data from diverse sources and ensure data accuracy.
• Experience in Agile environments and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced Tableau dashboards with UI/UX best practices, interactivity, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with business partners to translate analytical needs into scalable BI solutions.
• Prepare, optimize, and validate datasets using Snowflake, EDW structures, and SSMS.
• Provide clear data insights to stakeholders to enable informed decision-making.
• Mentor BI team members in Tableau, data modeling, and analytics methodology.
• Lead multiple high-complexity projects with on-time delivery.
• Oversee and enhance custom reporting for quality and scalability.
