Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise BI development and Tableau solution development.
• 10+ years building and optimizing data analytics dashboards.
• 10+ years in SQL development, data warehousing, and BI platform support.
• Designing and implementing enterprise‑scale BI solutions.
• Expert‑level Tableau Desktop with Server/Prep experience.
• Strong SQL, data mart/data warehouse design, and DB knowledge.
• Ability to gather requirements and build dashboards from start to finish.
• Experience with relational DBs (Sybase, Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB).
• Experience with data integration from multiple sources and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage advanced BI dashboards and reports.
• Design Tableau dashboards using backend Sybase/Big Data technologies.
• Integrate data from diverse sources into Tableau.
• Perform data cleansing, blending, and aggregation for visualization.
• Monitor and improve dashboard and data source performance.
• Optimize Tableau data extracts and manage refreshes.
• Automate Tableau extract refreshes and deployments.
• Collaborate on bugs, features, and architectural improvements.
• Design Tableau APIs as needed, and support server administration.
• Troubleshoot data integrity, visualization accuracy, and performance.
