Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; seven (7) years’ experience with at least three (3) years of management experience in Table Games operations.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to pass pre-employment screenings including background and gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Table Games and Poker operations under general supervision.
• Promotes outstanding guest service and teamwork.
• Develops and maintains policies for training Table Games and Poker staff.
• Ensures compliance with department, casino policies, and internal controls.
• Monitors labor costs, table limits, and game mix to achieve profitability.
• Coaches and evaluates dealers and supervisors to improve skill and efficiency.
• Reviews schedules and ensures smooth daily operations.
• Maintains open atmosphere that promotes guest service and skill development.
