Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Two years’ experience as a Table Games Dealer.
• Excellent Customer Relations skills and the ability to work any shift.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor all Team members to ensure service standards and future growth.
• Communicate all information to incoming Floor Supervisor.
• Ensure integrity of games in assigned section.
• Utilize reports and ensure proper inventory of cheques on table games to enable payouts to be made quickly and accurately.
