Job summary

Intrepid Solutions and Services LLC, operating within CIS Secure, seeks a Test and Evaluation / Systems Engineer to support the U.S. Army TENCAP in Alexandria, VA. You will drive test, evaluation, and systems engineering activities to rapidly exploit and influence national capabilities and architectures.

Responsibilities include maintaining TEMP/TP, generating test reports, and contributing to T&E plans. This role emphasizes hardware and field testing, requires 10–20% travel, and an active

Qualifications

• 7+ years of test and evaluation experience in DoD intelligence or C2/CM programs
• 5+ years of progressively complex experience in the testing and evaluation of DoD or IC intelligence systems

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain test documentation (SYSTEM Evaluation Plans, TEMP, MOP/MOE) per AR 73-1 and CDRL A004
• Provide planning recommendations, costing input, and coordination for test events
• Provide technical input to SAMPs for test and evaluation approaches in TENCAP projects
• Prepare test reports documenting deficiencies identified during tests
• Evaluate design reviews, audits, and QA reports for T&E programs
• Draft and provide Safety Assessment Reports per CDRL E001
• Ensure T&E of all systems is planned and conducted in representative environments
• Focus on hardware and field testing
