Job summary

Aermor Llc is seeking a Journeyman Test and Evaluation (T&E) Engineer based in Norfolk, VA, to support developmental and operational testing for complex systems. The role involves test planning, execution, and analysis, in addition to supporting Modeling and Simulation efforts as part of government programs.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, be certified at the DAWIA T&E Level I, and possess a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. This is a full-time position requiring a commitment to excellence in engineering support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Test & Evaluation experience within the last 4 years.
• Experience supporting Modeling & Simulation (M&S) activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support development of Integrated Evaluation Frameworks (IEF).
• Assist in development of Test Plans and supporting documentation.
• Perform test data analysis and contribute to Test Reports.
