Job summary

Mayvin seeks a Senior Test & Evaluation Project Coordinator to support a CBP client in Washington, DC. The role bridges test and evaluation lifecycle execution with comprehensive project coordination and acquisition support.

The candidate will ensure frontline personnel have access to advanced technology, from planning and test design to field execution, data analysis, and close-out. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Engineering, IT, Science, or related field.
• T&E experience in planning, executing, and reporting on test activities for complex systems.
• Expert proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook; familiar with SharePoint and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and author comprehensive test plans and TEMP for border security tech.
• Plan and execute developmental T&E, integration, assessment, and field testing.
• Perform hands-on test data collection, management, and archiving.
• Correlate field data with ground truth to evaluate effectiveness and compliance.
• Author detailed test reports with findings and recommendations.
• Develop briefing materials and executive summaries for leadership.
• Provide project coordination from planning through contract close-out (Jira/MS Project).
• Support acquisition planning: market research, IGCEs, SOW/PWS, solicitations.
• Draft SOPs and manage RFI processes.
• Analyze data to identify trends and translate metrics into outcomes.
• Monitor performance, track actions, and report status to stakeholders.
