Job summary

Mayvin, Inc. seeks a Senior Test & Evaluation Project Coordinator to support a CBP client in Washington, DC. The role bridges technical T&E lifecycle execution with comprehensive project coordination and acquisition support.

You will design tests, execute field testing, analyze data, author reports, and develop executive-ready briefs. Use Jira and MS Project to manage schedules, milestones, and dependencies while aligning results with technical requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts from a fully accredited institution in Engineering, Information Technology, Science, or a related technical/business field.
• Demonstrated professional experience in planning, executing, and reporting on test and evaluation activities for complex systems, including test plan authoring, field data collection, ground truth correlation, and formal reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and author comprehensive test plans, procedures, Data Analysis and Management Plans, and TEMP for border security technologies.
• Plan and execute developmental T&E, integration testing, assessment testing, and field testing (dry runs, runs for record, pilots, and demonstrations).
• Perform hands-on test data collection, management, storage, and archiving during field testing.
• Correlate field performance data with ground truth to evaluate effectiveness and compliance with requirements.
• Author detailed test reports with findings, failure analysis, and vendor recommendations.
• Develop briefing materials, executive summaries, and presentations to communicate results to leadership.
• Provide project coordination from planning through contract close-out using Jira and MS Project.
• Support acquisition planning, IGCEs, SOW/PWS inputs, and solicitation packages.
