Astrion seeks a Senior Test and Evaluation Manager to lead planning, execution and analysis of test and evaluation activities on the F-15 contract for the Air Force Division at WPAFB, Dayton, OH.

The role requires advanced DoD experience, 12+ years (or 15/20 options) and a Secret clearance, with frequent collaboration across government and contractor teams to ensure successful test readiness Reviews and program milestones.

Formación

• Advanced degree with 12 years in the discipline, 5 in the DoD.
• BA/BS with 15 years in the discipline, 5 in the DoD.
• 20 years of related experience with required certifications, 8 in the DoD.

Responsabilidades

• Review and update program documentation for T&E management across the full spectrum of actions required to award contracts and satisfy test program execution.
• Provide advisory role for Government program source selections on T&E management requirements.
• Support program team meetings, working groups and reviews as required.
• Coordinate with ITT activities and higher level test organizations (DOT&E, HQAFMC/A3).
• Review, analyze and resolve equipment interface problems.
• Assist in determining aircraft configuration requirements for the CCB.
• Identify updates to TOs, TCTOs, drawings, ECPs and IPBs.
• Evaluate levels of effort and resources needed to develop executable T&E programs.
• Assist in scheduling and securing required test resources.
• Support major program reviews, inspections, and test-related events.
• Develop and maintain test plans and procedures, acquisition strategies and planning documents.
