Job summary

Astrion seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead the F-15 Division program at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. This full-time role requires a SECRET or Top Secret clearance and focuses on acquisition planning, reviews, and milestone documentation to support national defense objectives.

You will coordinate with government customers, supervise junior staff, develop and review MOAs/SOWs/CPDs, and ensure successful execution of the program lifecycle within DoD guidelines.

Qualifications

• 15 years of related experience with DoD certifications per PWS requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 12+ years in the discipline, 5 in DoD.
• Master’s/PhD in a related field with 10+ years in the discipline, 5 in DoD.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to large audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review PWSs, SOWs, MOAs/MOUs and other contract documents.
• Coordinate proposals and consolidate inputs across functions.
• Support key acquisition reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, TCM, FCA, PCA, PRR).
• Produce analysis documents: business case analyses, trade studies, estimates.
• Provide milestone documentation and program assessment per DoDI 5000.02.
• Support contract strategies, WBS development, and risk assessments.
• Support integrated program reviews and executive briefings.
• Provide FMS expertise for DoD programs as needed.
