Job summary

Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking a Principal T&E Integrator to lead and harmonize DoD OT&E efforts from Huntsville, AL. The role focuses on QA/QC of test activities, mentoring teams, and delivering high-quality test plans, evaluation reports, and briefs to senior stakeholders.

This position requires active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility and does not include travel. The selected candidate will ensure rigorous data collection methodologies, operational realism, and

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with ability to obtain Polygraph.
• Mastery of T&E methodologies, test design, and statistical data analysis.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary test teams and security personnel.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA/QC on OT&E tasks and deliverables supporting Test Manager and Leads.
• Translate complex data and test results into clear operational assessments for senior leaders.
• Mentor evaluation teams in data analysis and secure data collection methodologies.
