Job summary

DCS is seeking a Senior Test and Evaluation Specialist to support Air Force fourth generation aircraft at Eglin AFB, FL. You will lead test concept development, plan execution, data analysis, and end-user operational testing across the program lifecycle.

The role requires active security clearance, US citizenship, and extensive relevant experience. You will coordinate test activities, apply DOE methods, and ensure readiness of test environments for software releases and integration efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in test and evaluation for defense programs or similar systems.
• Proven ability to develop test concepts, plans, and reports.
• Familiarity with data reduction, analysis, and DOE methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide T&E technical and engineering support across test lifecycle.
• Develop test concepts, methodologies, and execution plans.
• Analyze data, perform data reduction, and support end-user testing.
• Apply Design of Experiments for test planning and execution.
• Evaluate test environments and ensure readiness for software releases.
• Resolve schedule conflicts across multiple releases with analysis.
