Job summary

Hydrogen UK Ltd in Pomona, CA, is seeking a Senior Transmission & Distribution Line Engineer for a 12-month hybrid role. You will design and analyze overhead transmission lines, develop engineering packages, and ensure compliance with GO95/NESC and ASCE standards. PE license is not required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field.
3+ years in electric utility transmission/distribution line design.
Experience with PLS-CADD and/or PLS-Pole.
Knowledge of GO95 and NESC standards.

Responsibilities

Perform transmission and distribution line design and analysis using PLS-CADD, PLS-Pole, SPIDAcalc.
Develop and review engineering packages for overhead lines.
Conduct engineering analysis for pole and foundation designs.
Complete engineering calculations and technical reviews.
Ensure designs comply with GO95, NESC, ASCE standards.
Provide technical support to construction and field personnel.
Collaborate with project teams and other disciplines.
Support the continuous improvement of engineering standards.
