Job summary

DivIHN Integration Inc. seeks a Sr. Systems Verification and Validation Engineer to lead V&V for Acute Therapies. You’ll shape test strategies, develop and maintain comprehensive V&V documentation, and drive improvements across the verification process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; 4+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 2+ years.
• Hands-on verification or validation testing for complex medical devices or similar systems.
• Experience linking requirements, risks and test evidence to objective data.
• Strong statistical and problem-solving skills; capability to design experiments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute system-, integration-, and hardware-level V&V test strategies.
• Develop and maintain verification plans, protocols, reports and traceability matrices.
• Drive improvements to make V&V efficient while maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Interpret results, present findings to cross-functional teams, and justify decisions.
