Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks Engineers to join the Space Systems SEIT team in Rolling Meadows, IL as Engineer Systems Test or Principal Engineer Systems Test. You will translate customer needs into robust test solutions and lead test planning and execution across complex space hardware programs.

The role requires active Top Secret clearance, 25% travel, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of related experience for Engineer Systems Test; or Master’s with related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of related experience; Master’s +2 years; or PhD for Principal Engineer Systems Test.
• Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI access.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize customer needs into system test solutions considering technical, schedule and cost constraints.
• Develop and direct preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules.
• Coordinate integrated testing activities and review test requirements.
