Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Senior Staff Systems Test Engineer for the AVE-GN&C team. The role is based in Roy, UT and supports the Sentinel (GBSD) program.

You will develop test plans and coordinate test activities across multiple engineering teams, ensuring readiness and compliance with complex program requirements. Basic qualifications include 14 years with a Bachelors, or 12 with a Masters, and a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen eligible for a Secret (or higher) security clearance

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans, procedures and schedules for complex test activities.
• Coordinate with SME, test teams and stakeholders to define test objectives and requirements.
• Oversee hardware-in-the-loop test activities and ensure proper test readiness and safety reviews.
