Job summary

NVIDIA AI is seeking an experienced engineer to design and optimize system software and firmware for SoCs used in O-RAN and cellular infrastructure. You will develop power-management policies and analyze RU/DU workloads to identify and remove architectural bottlenecks.

The role requires a CS/Engineering degree with 5+ years in system software, firmware, or architecture and strong C/C++ skills. Expertise in Linux kernel, device drivers, and DVFS is a plus.
