Job summary

NOBULL is seeking a Sr. Systems & Security Administrator to own and enhance the company’s core cloud, identity, endpoint, network, and security platforms.

You will work with the VP of IT, vendors, and stakeholders to drive platform ownership, automation, and proactive management of the technology environment. The role emphasizes operational excellence, security, and documentation, with opportunities to grow into broader technical and leadership responsibilities as the function scales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Cybersecurity, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in systems administration, cloud services, identity, endpoint management, or cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure.
• Experience with Zscaler, Cloudflare, and Cisco Meraki.
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management, MFA, and privileged access.
• Experience with security monitoring, vulnerability remediation, and incident response.
• Proven ability to document, plan, and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support NOBULL's technology platforms and services.
• Manage lifecycle of platforms including configuration, licensing, access, upgrades, and retirement.
• Oversee endpoint management and security policies via Intune.
• Monitor systems health and address recurring issues before operations are affected.
• Coordinate with security partners for incident response and risk management.
• Automate routine IT processes using PowerShell and similar tools.
• Lead platform evaluations, planning, and technology lifecycle decisions.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to IT staff and vendors.
