Qualifications

• 5+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Successful development and roll‑out of department or company‑wide processes.
• Proven ability to work with IT and Dev Ops teams to create tools.
• At least one full life‑cycle experience, from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation, development, and streamlining of Systems Engineering processes.
• Identify pain points with existing processes and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with Software & IT department to prioritize solutions.
• Implement and rollout processes, tools, and automation.
