Qualifications

• 5+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Successful development and roll‑out of department or company‑wide processes.
• Proven ability to work with internal IT and Dev Ops teams to create tools.
• At least 1 full life‑cycle experience in process or tool development.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation, development, and streamlining of Systems Engineering processes.
• Identify pain points in existing processes and propose solutions.
• Prototype and implement processes and tools for better design collaboration.
